PLEASE NOTE:  We cannot offer deposit refunds when your stay falls during the peak seasons.  During the "off season," cancellations made 30 days in advance of your stay will be refunded.  Cancellations made within 30 days of your stay will result in a forfeit of your entire deposit, or this credit can be applied toward a stay within the next 365 days (if availability allows rescheduling).
